About Andrea

Andrea Weeks is the founder and director of Weeks Property Partners Limited.

With more than 30 years of experience across construction, residential development, property management, regeneration, refurbishment and project delivery, Andrea brings a practical and commercially focused approach to every property opportunity.

Her background includes working in both contractor and client-side roles, overseeing complex building operations, coordinating professional teams, managing health and safety, working with stakeholders and helping to deliver major residential and mixed-use developments.

Andrea’s professional qualifications include:

• NEBOSH Construction;

• Site Management Safety Training Scheme;

• First Aid at Work; and

• Construction Skills Certification Scheme accreditation.

Andrea’s previous professional experience includes involvement in the approximately £105 million Brightwells Yard mixed-use regeneration scheme in Farnham.

• The complex development included:

  • 287 apartments;

  • 33 commercial and retail units;

  • a ten-storey car park; and

  • the sensitive retention and integration of a Grade II listed building.

• The scheme required close coordination with stakeholders, consultants, contractors and heritage requirements. Necessary design and construction changes had to be carefully managed while maintaining the approved objectives for the development.

  Andrea has also worked on residential regeneration and refurbishment schemes including Longfellow Parade, together with numerous housing and property-delivery projects throughout her career.

  These schemes formed part of Andrea’s previous professional employment and experience. They were not undertaken by Weeks Property Partners Limited unless expressly identified otherwise.

Andrea established Weeks Property Partners to combine her construction knowledge with her experience as a property owner and investor.

The business works with property owners, landlords, investors, agents and professional partners to identify practical and commercially sensible property solutions.

  • lease-purchase and delayed-completion opportunities;
